Michael W. Flynn, Associate

Michael W. Flynn joined the firm in 2007 and practices general litigation. A native Iowan, Michael graduated from Tufts University with a degree in Ancient History and earned his law degree from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law. While at Hastings, Michael competed in moot court and earned the award for Best Oralist at the National Entertainment Law Moot Court Competition.

Michael also externed for the Honorable James L. Warren in the Law & Motion Department of San Francisco Superior Court, and later for the Honorable Carlos R. Moreno at the California Supreme Court. Before joining the firm, Michael served as a judicial clerk in the Civil and Appellate Divisions of San Francisco Superior Court.

Happily unable to sever ties with Hastings, Michael continues to coach moot court teams, and teaches Legal Writing & Research and Moot Court to first-year students.
