David R. Gellman focuses on transactional matters such as condominium conversions, commercial leasing, tenancies-in-common (TICs), business formation and operation, real property transactions, and estate planning.
He is an accredited instructor with the California Department of Real Estate and frequently conducts co-ownership workshops for attorneys, real estate agents, and prospective home buyers.
David began his San Francisco law practice as a sole practitioner in 1982. He holds a B.A. in economics, anthropology and psychology from Northwestern University (1975), and obtained his law degree from Boston University Law School in 1978.
He is a member of the Bars of the states of Wisconsin and California.
