Zach D. Webster’s real estate litigation practice focuses on actions for fraud and misrepresentation, contract disputes, and non-disclosure cases. Prior to joining the firm in 2016, Zach represented clients in complex commercial litigation matters in New York City, including international investors defrauded by banks during the mortgage and housing crisis, as well as embezzlement cases. Prior to law school, Zach spent several years improving rural and impoverished communities abroad in the volunteer organization Builders Beyond Borders.
